Returns & Refund Policy

At CamlockDepot.com, we want to ensure you have the right fitting for your application. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your camlock fittings, gaskets, or clamps must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or Installed Parts: Due to the nature of industrial fluid transfer, we cannot accept returns on any items that have had liquid passed through them or show signs of installation (wrench marks on stainless/aluminum flats).

  • Chemical Exposure: Any items exposed to chemicals, fertilizers, or petroleum products cannot be returned due to safety and cross-contamination risks.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at camlockdepot@gmail.com with your order number and the part numbers you wish to return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a 2" Type C in Stainless but received Aluminum). We will evaluate the issue and make it right .

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
