Shipping Policy

At CamlockDepot.com, we understand that getting your equipment back up and running is a priority. We specialize in fast, reliable shipping for all our Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Polypropylene camlock fittings.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3  business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders received before 12:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

2. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1 – 2 business days.

  • Service Area: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain heavy industrial orders; please provide a physical street address for guaranteed delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Weight based shipping: Standard shipping is available based on weight for all orders under $100.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 (USD).

  • Taxes: All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping destination.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS to ensure your camlocks arrive safely and on time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at camlockdepot@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your parts as quickly as possible.
